HOW TO USE
Lay your compress on a flat surface with the soft cotton side up. For the first 1-3 uses with your compress, pour 2 tablespoons of Castor Oil to the center of your compress. Next, apply the compress to the right side of your abdomen for liver support, or the center of your abdomen for digestive or reproductive support. Secure the straps around the abdomen and wear overnight while sleeping. After about 3 uses, reduce the amount of castor oil to about 1 tablespoon. We recommend wearing black clothing, or old t-shirt while wearing your compress to avoid staining gentle materials. Castor oil is powerful and does not wash out so please use mindfully! Discard pack after the pack becomes overly saturated.
