What you will learn.

  • Theory

    Learn to view your client and their skin as a whole being through a holistic perspective.

    You will learn Anatomy and Physiology of the Lymphatic System, the Nervous System, the Fascia, and the interconnectedness of these systems. You will also receive a training manual with all curriculum materials so you feel empowered to educate your clients.

  • Body Mechanics

    Proper body mechanics is incredibly important to ensure your health and longevity as a professional giving facial massage. You might be surprised how much of your own body you use, or don’t use to do this work!

    We will cover posture and alignment from your feet to your fingers, as well as client contraindications and protocol assessment.

  • Massage Techniques

    You will learn how to apply the “Goldilocks Touch” - the precise depth and rhythm needed for effective Lymphatic drainage along the chest, neck, face, and scalp.

    These techniques help reduce puffiness and fluid stagnation, soften the appearance of fine lines, and guide your clients into a deeply regulated + restorative nervous system state.

    We believe learning should be a balance of structure and play. A space where intuition is strengthened, confidence is cultivated, and the collaborative support of fellow professionals helps your techniques truly integrate and flow.

    Kayla will guide, and students will perform hands-on techniques on each other to support integration.

Kayla has been passionately working in the skincare industry for 13+ years and 8 years as an Herbalist. She has been so fortunate to have participated in hundreds of hours of one-on-one trainings from various Estheticians, massage therapists, Herbalists, and highly successful business owners. Her holistic approach on skin health, massage, and healing is truly unique and has helped many of her clients harmonize imbalances and rejuvenate at a deep level. She is a natural teacher, but considers herself a forever student of the Earth. Kayla’s psychic intuition and hard work has evolved into a one of a kind facial massage experience that she hopes to teach and share with you!
